Job Summary Responsible for all customer complaints related to the Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MCI). Ensure timely completion and closure of MCI complaints. Prepare and submit periodic reports related to MCI and customer complaints. Duties & Responsibilities Follow up on customer complaints received through MCI and submit periodic reports. Ensure all company locations respond effectively and within the specified time. Close complaints in the CRM system after resolving them with concerned parties. Provide the company with immediate updates regarding MCI regulations. Job Summary Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Ensure that all accounting records and financial data comply with applicable laws and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise a pool of accountants to ensure quality is sustained. Control and monitor the work of accountants. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
