Job Requirements
- Oversee all operations of the Mechanical Workshop and Body & Paint sections, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and workflow control.

Drive departmental profitability by managing revenue, costs, productivity, and resource utilization across both Mechanical and Body & Paint operations.

Establish and monitor sales targets, labor efficiency ratios, productivity KPIs, and forecast future business performance.

Maintain strict compliance with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures in both Mechanical and Body & Paint repairs.

Coordinate with Parts, Sales, and Warranty departments to ensure seamless operational flow and customer experience.

Prepare and present operational reports covering revenue, productivity, quality performance, and forecasting.
Skills

Advanced service knowledge with strong technical expertise and comprehensive experience within the passenger vehicle industry.
