Fleet Sales Consultant

Job Summary:- Sell trucks and buses as per department standards and company policy. - Supervise the daily transactions and provide periodic reports. - Maximize vehicle fleet sales opportunities from new & existing customers while building strong relationships to leverage future purchases. Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct visits & calls to the potential & existing corporate Clients. - Consult the clients on the required vehicle based on their needs, purpose of use, & budget. - Present & display all the technical, interior, external, price, and safety features of the vehicle that the client is willing to buy. - Prepare and submit daily visits report. - Follow up the documentation process for the sold vehicles and updating the client accordantly. - Follow up the delivery of the sold vehicle to the client. - Target corporate clients including Government, Multinationals, Auto Leasing Rental agencies or SMEs. - Perform Cold calls, networking, visit potential customers in order to carry out sales prospecting. - Analyse customer needs, propose accurate solutions including service, maintenance road assistance, insurance and financing so as to provide complete offerings. - Make professional client presentations that promote price-value advantage. - Provide quotations and follow up with customers after presentations. - Keep a record of customer information for customer call reports. - Prepare proposals based on customers’ requirements and standard technical specifications. - Answer customer inquiries with regard to product specifications, pricing, and payment methods. - Coordinate with ILD department regarding financing and credit deals and assist in handling credit applications. - Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and follow through to facilitate receivables payment. - Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity and submit accurate sales forecasts. - Update the dealership records with customer information to ensure that the database is fully and accurately maintained. - Be presentable at all times in regards to appearance (dress, cleanliness) and ethics. - Make at least 5 customers’ visit a day; following up with existing customers and penetrate new customers. - Prepare calculations / quotations and submit it to customers. Enter the calculation details into CRM. - Prepare Brand Specs with the support of Branch Manager for on-order chassis. - Follow up the quotations and finalize the deals. - Prepare delivery form and deliver the trucks. - Responsible for proper delivery of vehicles to customer site. - Responsible for collecting payments and installments from customers on time. - Act like an ambassador for Brand/HHA in all aspects

Job Summary:Diagnose the mechanical problems of the cars in the service center.Preparing reports on technical defects of cars in stock.Repairing technical problems with cars in the service center.Securing the site and equipment and ensuring the safety of the facility, equipment and tools. Duties and Responsibilities:Diagnose mechanical problems and carry out required repairs to cars in the service center. Inform the supervisor of the DTC, if any, and request opening business cards to repair or replace damaged parts. After the work is completed, the work card is handed over to the employee in charge in the workshop to enter the details of the tasks in the system before closing the work card to calculate the final costs. Register and report any additional defects or damages observed. Ensure that the damaged parts are returned to the warehouse, the spare parts department, when the required work is carried out. Keep all maintenance tools, special tools and other equipment in good condition and ensure they are stored in the correct storage areas. Reducing the use of equipment during downtime in the workshop. Securing the site, equipment and tools. Work according to the standard times specified in accordance with the workshop system. (In the hours of entry and exit). Maintaining the cleanliness of the site.

Job Summary: - Fix vehicles body in the event of any collision has occurred, by repairing and changing damaged parts. As well as carry out required modifications on chassis/body as per the instructions from his superiors. - Comply with the security and safety system and prepare the necessary materials before starting repairs. Duties and Responsibilities: - Carry out inspection and rectify vehicles body denting work, and repair damaged metal bodywork if any, replace damaged vehicle panels. - Utilise and follow workshop manual, remove damaged panels and parts, or upholstery and accessories to gain access to damaged area. - Utilise and follow workshop manual, straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment. - Inform workshop supervisor for any additional vehicle required repairs. Inform team leader and supervisor of any difficulties due spare parts or tools unavailability and inform supervisor about any repair delay if completion time cannot be met. Ensure all repair works are completed according to job card and not create any additional issues. - Inform team leader and supervisor for any additional repair or replacement require to obtain customer or insurance company approval. - Work in specified time standard according to workshop system. Based on Clock in and Clock out to meet standard operating time. - Ensure all repairs are written in job card after job completion then handover the job card to Workshop Controller to enter tasks details before closing job card for final costing. - Maintain highest quality as per manufacturer standards in all carried out repair work. - Take initiative and supportive behaviour toward colleagues at all times. - Maintain cleanliness in Service Centre.

Job Purpose: The primary purpose of a Product Support Sales Representative is to provide total support to the customers in the designated region, promote and sell parts, accessories, and service offerings to customers aiming to generate revenue and meet the pre-learnt budget. Job Responsibilities: - Promote and sell parts, accessories, and service contracts to the customers. - Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations. - Utilize sales techniques to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, providing solutions, and addressing concerns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Actively listen to customer needs, offer advice, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. - Regular visits to the customer stores (if existence) to conduct inventory check up and make sure that the customer is keeping FMIs in his warehouse to avoid any delay in his fleet’s operations. - Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitive offerings. - Communicate technical information effectively to customers, answering their questions and providing accurate information. - Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and order fulfillment. - Provide technical guidance and advice on service options, repairs, and installation processes. - Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer inquiries or issues. - Gather market and customer insights through interactions with customers. - Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. - Conduct customer site visit on monthly basis to make sure that his fleet is working properly and submit a report based on his visit aiming the upselling role as well as advisory role which reflects an excellent reputation of the dealer and meet the total customer support concept (TCS). - Providing “3S” collaboration with service and sales departments by inviting at least 3 customers / Annum to show them HHA’s facility and brand capabilities. - Providing at least 2 sales leads and send them to sales department to enhance our coverage in the region aiming to be the best and preferable supplier in the designate region.
