Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Full-time availability for 6 months.
  • Based in Jeddah Albalad Dist.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, coordination).
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Help maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
  • Participate in career events, job fairs, and university engagement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives on social media and career platforms.
  • Conduct initial CV screening and provide shortlists to TA specialists.
  • Help track recruitment metrics and prepare reports.
