Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Full-time availability for 6 months.
- Based in Jeddah Albalad Dist.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, coordination).
- Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Help maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
- Participate in career events, job fairs, and university engagement.
- Support employer branding initiatives on social media and career platforms.
- Conduct initial CV screening and provide shortlists to TA specialists.
- Help track recruitment metrics and prepare reports.
