- Utilise Truck & Busses "Diagnosis, Technical, and Parts" systems.
- Provide help to technicians in the diagnosis Mechanical and Electrical jobs.
- Prepare a technical report about his visit and vehicle problems.
pay a field service Visit and attend the break down at the site. - Read and understand wiring diagrams, repair requests and technical literature.
- Pass on knowledge to work team.
- Handle and process warranty claims in MAN systems as per the guidelines.
- Daily checking of MAN Aftersales Portal for new information.
المهارات
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in same position is preferred
- Previous experience in same company field is preferred.
