Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a workshop management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management software
- Valid driver's license
- Job work experience of 5-7 years
