Workshop Controller

Job Responsibility:

- Distribute work to workshop technicians based on job cards and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Manage and monitor workshop staff's work utilization, efficiency, and productivity.
- Monitor workshop technician's efficiency and record key performance indicators.
- Process and print repair invoices after necessary confirmations.
- Coordinate with other departments such as cashier, credit dept, and warranty for repair processes.
- Coordinate with Quality check section for final vehicle checks before release.
- Monitor workflow and make necessary adjustments.
- Record and analyze timekeeping on job cards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workshop surroundings.

Qualifications :

- Preferably a Saudi national
- Diploma or high college certificate in the relevant field
- Good command of English and Arabic languages
- Minimum of three years of work experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure

- Proven experience in a similar role within an automotive workshop.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of workshop operations and repair processes.
- Attention to detail and quality control.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
