Truck & Bus Denter

Job Summary:

• Fix vehicles body in the event of any collision has occurred, by repairing and changing damaged parts. As well as carry out required modifications on chassis/body as per the instructions from his superiors.
• Comply with the security and safety system and prepare the necessary materials before starting 
  repairs. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspection and rectify vehicles body denting work, and repair damaged metal bodywork if any, replace damaged vehicle panels.
• 
  Utilise and follow workshop manual, remove damaged panels and parts, or upholstery and 
  accessories to gain access to damaged area.
• 
  Utilise and follow workshop manual, straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical 
  and hydraulic equipment.
• 
  Inform workshop supervisor for any additional vehicle required repairs. 
  
  Inform team leader and supervisor of any difficulties due spare parts or tools unavailability and inform supervisor about any repair delay if completion time cannot be met. 
  
  Ensure all repair works are completed according to job card and not create any additional issues.
•  
  Inform team leader and supervisor for any additional repair or replacement require to obtain customer or insurance company approval. 
• 
  Work in specified time standard according to workshop system. Based on Clock in and Clock out to meet standard operating time. 
• 
  Ensure all repairs are written in job card after job completion then handover the job card to Workshop Controller to enter tasks details before closing job card for final costing. 
• 
  Maintain highest quality as per manufacturer standards in all carried out repair work.
• Take initiative and supportive behaviour toward colleagues at all times. 
• 
  Maintain cleanliness in Service Centre. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Work experience in same position for minimum three - five years.

• Institute Diploma for same field.

• Good command in English and Arabic.

• Capacity to work under pressure.
