JOB SUMMARY:

1. Maximize the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the service center and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.                                 
2. Organize service activities through the effective utilization of resources and assets to achieve target objectives.                                          
3. Guide workshop staff to provide high level of service by following company policy and service procedures.                                        
4. Responsible to develop location facilities.

Qualification & Skills:

1. Saudi national is preferred.                     
2. Technical skills, knowledge and experience of the auto/truck industry.                                            
3. Skills in applying and using knowledge in a management position.                                                
4. Ability to organize clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources.                                
5. Leadership and coaching attributes.                                              
6. Technical, Professional and/or Engineering qualifications.                      
7. Knowledge of managerial and basic financial skills.                               
8. High standards of numeracy and literacy and strong oral and written communication skills.
