Job Requirements

Job Summary:

 

  • Sell trucks and buses as per department standards and company policy.

 

  • Supervise the daily transactions and provide periodic reports.

 

  • Maximize vehicle fleet sales opportunities from new & existing customers while building strong relationships to leverage future purchases.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct visits and calls to existing and potential corporate customers.

 

  • Advise customers on the required vehicle based on their needs, purpose of use and budget.

 

  • Provide and display all the technical, interior, exterior, price and safety features of the vehicle that the customer wants to purchase and help them choose the right truck and respond to their inquiries.

 

  • Prepare and submit daily visits report.

 

  • Follow up the documentation process for the sold vehicles, update the customer accordingly, and follow up on the delivery of the sold vehicle to the customer.

 

  • Target corporate customers including government, multinational companies, car rental agencies or small and medium businesses.

 

  • Increase customer targeting network by calling, visiting potential customers in order to do sales prospecting and making technical product presentations explaining truck/bus features, competitive advantages and services to potential customers.

 

  • Analyze customer needs and propose accurate solutions including service, roadside assistance, maintenance, insurance and financing for a complete offering.

 

  • Make professional presentations to customers that enhance the value-price advantage.

 

  • Submit quotations and follow up with customers after presentations.

 

  • Keep a record of customers information & calls log.

 

  • Prepare offers based on customers requirements and standard technical specifications, prepare accounts/quotes and present them to customers, enter account details in CRM, follow up on quotes and finalize deals.

 

  • Coordinate with ILD regarding financing and credit deals and assist in credit requests.

 

  • Negotiate, terminate and follow up on sales agreements to facilitate payment of dues.

 

  • Monitor and report accurately on market trends and competitors’ activities.

 

  • Update agency records with customer information to ensure complete and accurate database maintenance.

 

  • Maintain good appearance at all times with regard to appearance (dress, hygiene) and manners and act as an ambassador of the company in all aspects.

 

  • Prepare MANEC specifications with the support of the Branch Manager for on order chassis.

 

  • Prepare Correct delivery of vehicles to the customer site.

 

  • Responsible for collecting payments and installments from customers on time.

Skills Description

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

 

  • Excellent appearance.

 

  • Diploma/Degree > University/College.

 

  • Excellent command in Arabic & good in English.

 

  • Computer knowledge.

 

  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.

 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as salesman in commercial vehicles.
