Job Requirements
- Manage activities of Service quality assurance and setting standards by providing extensive high quality support to service centers helping them align to the manufacture service standards.
- Monitors the performance (KPIs) of the dealership regularly and provide guidance to ensure service centers development.
- Provide guidance to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and profitability by monitoring and assisting the implementation of Service Programs (Fix it Right, Service Drive, Interactive Reception,….etc.).
- Monitor service staff training needs and recommend appropriate technical and management training programs to align with the manufacturer basic evaluation / certification & renewal of certification standard.
- Executes service award program and other special projects by following the approved guidelines and standard to ensure all the outlet managements are continuously motivated for improvement.
- Advise outlets on their expansion plans by studying the layouts in order the expansion or upgrade plans are aligned to the Company standard and image.
- Manage the support action plan to the service centers by conducting field visit and giving feedback on the reports with (General Service Manager) mutually approved action plan covering mainly on Quality Assurance Program in ensuring the centers are able to provide the highest level standard to the customers.
- Evaluate the performance of allocated outlets regularly and feedback to centers and dealers in orders to support the improvement to workshop management, service marketing, service products, skills competition, facilities improvement, tools and equipment.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Mechanical engineering is preferred
- At least 5 years work experience, with 2 years in automotive aftersales supervisory role
- Preferred: experience in KSA/GCC automotive sector
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command in English and Arabic, writing, reading and spoken.
- Capacity to work under pressure.
Education
