DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather the location requirements on daily basis.
- Use the qualified suppliers for procurement.
- Select good quality material at best prices available in the market
- Obtain proper VAT invoices as per HHA policy
- Report to direct manager on daily basis for purchased items
- Follow up products provision and ordering in warehouses and ensure of re-order point.
- Drive company vehicle and be responsible about keeping it well maintained and clean .
Skills Description
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Minimum of five years' experience as purchaser
- Saudi national is preferred.
- Fluent in oral and written communication both in English and Arabic
- Valid Driving license
