- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar supervisory role

- Excellent Manufacturing / Production planning and scheduling skills & tools, equipment, and factory maintenance management
- Ability to implement and adjust production plans, standards effectively
- Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional departments (Supply Chain, Administration, etc.)
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
