Job Requirements
Summary:
- Monthly running & implementing payrolls & payments process and bank file run WPS (wages protect system), and outside the payroll / EOS / Advance Salary / Loans / School Fees / Relocation Allowance / Sales Commission / Government Relation Fees Payment.
- Review & report payroll discrepancies, overpayments & underpayments
- Coordinate with finance for all payroll & payments matters
Requirements:
- University Degree Bachelor or Diploma
- Good Knowledge applications Oracle Applications
- 5 Years of experience in Payroll process, (Automotive Industry is preferred)
- Understanding of the relevant government rules & regulations, including labour law
- Ability to join immediate
Skills
- Good Knowledge of computer skills - MS Office
- High interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills
- Good organization and time management
- Confidence in communicating at all levels with strong influencing skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic essential
