Parts Order Controller

• Receive and process parts requests from technicians or relevant departments 

• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, parts usage, and stock movements

• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery.

• Issue parts to technicians and document all transactions accurately.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position

• Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Advanced English skills

• Ability to track, process, and follow up on parts orders accurately using ERP systems or inventory software.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and service departments to ensure timely parts availability.
• High accuracy in handling part numbers, documentation, and order specifications to avoid delays or mismatches.
