Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a trusted partner for the leader and leadership team of a specific business/function. They drive and implement HR requirements from the people strategy, leveraging their deep understanding of the respective business and local market to proactively provide HR solutions. The HRBP serves as consultant to the leadership team on all HR matters, acting as the key interface. They collaborate with HR centers of expertise (CoEs) to channel HR matters and develop integrated solutions. The business unites, acting as an employee champion and change agent. They maintain a strong level of business literacy about the financial position, mid-range plans, culture, and competition of the business unit.
Job Requirements:
- BSc or Master degree preferred in Business/HR related Education (Business Administration, Industrial psychology, HR Management, or related field and equivalent.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to join in short period of notice period is advantages.
