- Support in monitoring day-to-day activities
- Optimize Workshop Key Performance indicators (KPI) to improve the profitability.
- Provide advice, technical expertise, and troubleshooting support to workshop team.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reportees.
- Domenstrating the workflow as per the standard and know how to keep on Customer satisfaction.
- Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to achieve team goals
المهارات
1. At least 5 years of experience, with minimum 2 years as master technician.
2.Obtaining a third-level training certificate (Master Technician or equivalent)
3.Leadership skills and self-driven personality.
4.Coaching and instruction skills.
5.Able to communicate in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
6.Knowledge of the basics of management and problem-solving techniques.
7.Knowledge of all the operations in the service department comprehensively and thoroughly.
8.Experience with dealer management systems; specially workshop planning, time control, and repair order management.
9.Experience with technical reports writing.
10.Experience in using flat rate manuals.
11.Experience in using service / workshop manuals provided by the manufacturer.
12.Knowledge and experience of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
13.Understand workshop safety requirements and precautions.
14.Understand workshop Key performance indicators (KPI), and what are the main factors and drivers of each one.
