Truck & Bus Mechanic

Job Summary:

• Diagnose the mechanical problems of the cars in the service center.
• Preparing reports on technical defects of cars in stock.
• Repairing technical problems with cars in the service center.
• Securing the site and equipment and ensuring the safety of the facility, equipment and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical problems and carry out required repairs to cars in the service center.

• Inform the supervisor of the DTC, if any, and request opening business cards to repair or replace damaged parts.

• After the work is completed, the work card is handed over to the employee in charge in the workshop to enter the details of the tasks in the system before closing the work card to calculate the final costs.

• Register and report any additional defects or damages observed.

• Ensure that the damaged parts are returned to the warehouse, the spare parts department, when the required work is carried out.

• Keep all maintenance tools, special tools and other equipment in good condition and ensure they are stored in the correct storage areas.

• Reducing the use of equipment during downtime in the workshop.

• Securing the site, equipment and tools.

• Work according to the standard times specified in accordance with the workshop system. (In the hours of entry and exit).

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the site.
