-Assists Customers with requests for repair and for maintenance service to ensure that the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
-Assists the Service Manager in the operations of the service centre by writing up work orders, accurately maintaining records, supporting promotional activities, monitoring inventory, complying with safety and envirnomental programs and practices, and any other duties as assigned.
-يساعد العملاء في طلبات الإصلاح والصيانة لضمان أنه تم اصلاح السيارة بشكل جيد في المرة الأولى. يساعد مدير الصيانة في عمليات مركز الصيانة عن طريق الكتابة حسب الأفضلية، الحفاظ على دقة السجلات، دعم الأنشطة الترويجية، مراقبة جرد المخزون، تطبيق برامج سلامة البيئة، وأية مهام أخرى طلب منه

Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma.
