Job Summary
- Supervise on the general cleanliness of the reception
- Supervise the reception area to ensure meeting customer needs.
- Monitor workshop loading, customer appointments, work in progress (WIP)
- Guide, Educate and coach other service advisors.
- Coordinate with other groups / departments
Job Requirements
- Saudi National is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive field
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
-Holding the certificate of SEC (Saudi Council of Engineer) is advantageable
- Capable to work under pressure.
