Accountant

1. Prepare profit monthly closing and cost accounting reports to have at all times a clear view of where the business is heading.
2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
3. Analyse and review budgets and expenditures to detect early over expenses.
4. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
5. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
6. Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels to ensure expenditure control
7. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and customers
8. Resolve accounting discrepancies while ensuring accounting procedures are applied.
9. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems to avoid errors.
10. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.

1. Accuracy of accounts.
2. Cycle time to resolve an invoice error.
3. Correct and timely booking of all entries according to bookkeeping procedures and rules: Refer to General Accounting Rules & Procedures in order to apply correct mechanisms.
4. Knowledge of accounting software applications.
5. Experience with REP.

Bachelor degree in Accounting or in Business with emphasis on Accounting.
